neutrals: +18, -15, -46, 0 

4. layer>>new adjustment layer>>levels

RGB: input levels: 0; 0,81; 231, output levels: 0, 221
red: input levels: 0; 1,00; 255, output levels: 0, 240
green: input levels: 0; 1,05; 255, output levels: 0, 255
blue: input levels: 0; 0,95; 255, output levels: 0, 255
